We want you as a customer to receive good, quality products. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 30 days to resolve.

Issues Covered:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong item(s) sent

  • Printing issues

  • Manufacturing errors

Issued Not Covered:

  • Wrong size or color ordered

  • Wrong address entered

  • DTG print less than 0.5” off

If any of these issues under the “Issues Covered” section apply to your order, again, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo or video of said issue in order to receive a free replacement or refund.

Some tips to make sure the process is quicker and easier for everyone: Make sure photo(s) are clear and represent the issue, or if it was a misprint, use a measuring device within the picture to clarify dimensions and misprint error.
